Identify New Threats and Vulnerabilities

Two additional tools are illustrated on this page that can be very helpful in defining your keyword phrase strategies.

CI Radar can alert you to new threats and vulnerabilities, as illustrated in the graphic above. One alert reveals that new keyword phrases have been employed by competitors to increase exposure and generate leads – keyword phrases not currently exploited by your company. The second alert exposes a competitor that is purchasing your trademarks to divert traffic away from your site. The third alert reveals a rapid rise in traffic to a competitor site, sounding an alarm to investigate reasons for the surge. The final alert identifies a potential new competitor that has rocketed up in rankings with top search engines.

Alerts contain hyperlinks to relevant charts, reports, or other information within CI Radar. In the example above, a hyperlink goes to a chart showing a competitor's performance with various keywords, perhaps lending insight on how that competitor greatly increased traffic as reported in the associated alert.
