Title: Competitive Intelligence Sr. Analyst

Summary: Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Competitive Intelligence Sr. Analyst opening to join our Strategy function. What You Will Do: • Provide current awareness of the competitive environment and competitors. • Develop insights relating to the capabilities and intentions of competitors, customers and suppliers. • Team with other internal organizations to leverage existing information and to ensure competitor information is broadly communicated, understood and acted upon. • Develop and manage a comprehensive competitive intelligence system that allows for ready access to competitor and market information. • Develop market reference information to support organization, including Competitor Deep Dives, Global Market Assessment, bi-weekly newsletter and morning news and competitive briefings. • Participate in cross-functional teams focused on specific business issues to drive an external perspective into decision-making Qualifications. What You Need To Succeed: BA / BS Finance, Economics, Marketing or Liberal Arts, MBA preferred. 4+ years of analytical experience with an understanding competitive industry dynamics. Excellent abilities in Internet research, interviewing, conversational and presentation skills, analysis and writing. Experience analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information, identifying implications and observing patterns, making correct inferences, drawing conclusions, explaining facts, data, or information to evaluate competitors' products/services, strategic direction, and core competencies utilizing a wide variety of resources. Desire to build long-term relationships with internal and external customers by understanding their current and future needs; meeting commitments to customers and keeping them informed of progress. The ability to build networks and strong working relationships with others. Ability to employ other regions', functions' or divisions' expertise to accomplish tasks. Strong computing skills required, competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills - ability to develop well-structured PowerPoint presentations. Superior written and oral presentation skills.
