Title: Marketing,VP Competitive Strategy Analysis
Location: Long Island City, NY
Summary: This position will be responsible for providing competitive intelligence to enable informed and strategic management actions. Key responsibilities include Monitor key economic indicators and analyze impact of macroeconomic trends on HRAM strategy Monitor key industry trends in loss mitigation initiatives across treatments, contact strategies, customer feedback leveraging internal and external data sources Leverage internal and external sources to identify key differentiating factors between Citi and its major competitors and recommend action plan Identify and implement opportunity for strategic collaboration with internal and external partners Select and present relevant competitive information to HRAM team and cross functional partners to enable proactive management action. Leverage competitive information to identify opportunity across current and delinquent high risk universe. Qualifications: 5 years of relevant experience. Strong marketing and financial acumen. Credit industry or equity research knowledge preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and draw actionable conclusion from analysis is critical Ability to influence and take ownership in a matrix organization Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self starter and self learner Understanding of changing economic environment, consumer behavior trends and operational aspects of large organizations. Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills. Ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior management Bachelors degree required; Masters/ MBA preferred
