Summary: * Provides qualitative and quantitative primary research to support product positioning and messages, tactic development, promotional effectiveness measurements, and track customer attitudes and usage* Identifies, collects and analyzes information from secondary information sources; integrates primary and secondary research findings and competitive intelligence to provide market insights* Serves as a key information resource for the business planning process* Plans and executes studies, manages vendors, reports results, makes recommendations and ensures information is understood and utilized in marketing and other functions; integrates information from multiple data sources to draw conclusions and make fact-based recommendations* Identifies research needs and opportunities, develops marketing research plans, tracks and manages product or therapeutic area marketing research budget* Provides competitive intelligence routine monitoring as well as plans and executes ad hoc CI initiatives. REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Manager, Market Research Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.Minimum 3 years broad based primary healthcare market research experience.Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry.Experience in respiratory market is preferred.
