Summary: The Market Intelligence Manager will manage and execute research projects on Market and Competitive Intelligence for use by the Product Development, Sales and Client Management departments at Health Dialog. This individual will use all the necessary resources to gather competitive analysis. The organization will utilize this research and analysis to guide business and product development decisions.Primary Responsibilities· Manage and oversee the execution of all market research practices, working closely with the Sales, Client Management and Product Development departments to establish the planning, execution and assessment of all processes. · Build processes for gathering market intelligence from field sales force and executives and share insights in an effective and timely way with all internal stakeholders.· Establish a process for defining, conducting, analyzing and communicating customer influencing research. · Facilitate the selection of appropriate research methodologies to meet business objectives. · Design qualitative and quantitative and cost effective research plans for execution.· Devise market research questionnaires and guides. · Review and interpret data, author reports and make business-oriented recommendations to stakeholders.· Effectively identify and manage all third party information source relationships and contracts.
