Summary: Job Description:o Serve as key advisor and resource to internal and external clients for analytic solutions to marketing problemso Leverage both existing research and design and analyze custom studies to meet objectives of research initiativeso Analyze, track, and evaluate market and competitive intelligence finding from various sources, including secondary, syndicated, and primary researcho When secondary sources do not address specific problems, contribute to overall custom research design, with emphasis on methodological and analytic design of proposals o Maintain internal databases and reporting. Provide scheduled updates to senior managemento Build strong working relationships with the client and account management to facilitate disseminationJob Requirements:o Minimum three years professional experience in an analytical field including marketing research, competitive intelligence, or related experience. Supplier side preferred.o Bachelors degree in business, statistics, economics (competitive university with degree honors preferred). MBA or masters degree in marketing research or related discipline, preferred.o Proven record of being a strong "team" playero Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills.o Proven, successful experience and proficiency in SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint. o Proven, successful project management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.o Candidate should have a strong work ethic. A highly developed curiosity, as well as the persistence to prove or refute various hypotheses of market dynamics is a plus
