Title: Market Research Analyst III
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Summary: Serve as a technical expert in the area of strategic communications and public relations within PM MEP. Routinely demonstrate experience in conducting media analysis and developing technical solutions in the application of information technology. Provide communication support in the form of products, media support services, and article support while developing an overarching strategic communications strategy for PM MEP as required by the leadership team. Produce and review technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of the Strategic Communications process. Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of communication products and services rendered; propose changes to increase efficiency in internal and external themes and messaging.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline and and five to seven years of related (market research, competitive analysis, energy analysis and forecasting, pricing analysis, or financial analysis) experience.
· 5 years experience or 8 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
· Serve as a technical expert in areas relevant to the project
· Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology
· Produce and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area
· Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency
· Active SECRET Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
· Previous DoD or active Duty experience a plus
· Previous contracting experience
· Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office© applications
