Title: Market Research Manager
Location: Redmond, WA
Summary: The Market Research Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing research programs and processes that continually improve Terex AWP customer knowledge. He/She will work closely with business group and corporate team members.
Responsibilities: *
Have end-to-end responsibility for a variety of quantitative and qualitative research projects.

Design, field, and summarize/interpret multiple primary Market Research studies to meet organization needs; select and manage all research vendors to ensure studies yield meaningful and bold results.
* Take responsibility for monthly equipment shipment data upload and market share reporting.
* Function as a subject matter expert regarding competitive intelligence.
* Interface with research suppliers and maintain responsibility for research deliverables.
* Work with internal groups to set objectives for research projects, and create feasible delivery schedules for the collection, analysis and interpretation of data/findings.
* Establish and manage the research project's budget.
* Create standardized market research methodologies and processes.
* Work closely with senior management teams to understand market (dealer and end-user) information needs.
* Provide timely insights and recommendations on important market trends and competitive activities that could impact business decisions.
* Provide succinct and actionable summaries of research learnings via written reports or verbal presentations.
* Must clearly and assertively articulate ideas, concepts and opinions.
* Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations.
* Effectively cost-contain complex research programs, using a combination of effective vendor management skills, fair negotiation, and creativity in fundamental research design.
